By engaging Prasoon for technical tracking configurations, setups, or technical SEO, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Work
All projects are defined by a mutually agreed scope document listing the specific platforms, triggers, parameters, and deliverables. Work outside the initial scope is subject to separate project fees.
2. Client Cooperation & Access
Successful implementation requires timely access to Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and website CMS backends. Delays in providing credentials may result in scheduling adjustments.
3. Payment Terms
Standard projects require a 50% deposit before implementation begins, with the remaining 50% due upon verification and transfer of configurations. Monthly agency support contracts are billed in advance.
