The 100% Happy Refund Protocol & Service Level Agreement

At prosun.me, representing the freelance practice of Prasoon, I strive to deliver top-tier, verified technical tracking setups and ad campaign optimizations. This protocol defines our service agreements, billing policies, and refund rules.

The 100% Retainer Policy

I offer a 100% money-back refund on my monthly ongoing agency management labor fees within the first 30 days of active service if you are completely unsatisfied with optimization frequencies or communication. No friction, no questions asked.

The Setup Fee Rule

The one-time manual technical setup fee (covering sitemap submission, Google Search Console optimization, HTML meta tag restructuring, and Google Analytics 4/GTM conversion tracking pipeline configurations) represents intensive manual asset delivery. This setup fee is 100% non-refundable once technical integration work begins on your accounts.

The Ad Spend Rule

All advertising budgets and campaign capital are paid directly by you (the client) to Google LLC via your linked financial accounts inside the Google Ads dashboard. ProSun Digital does not hold ad capital, and Google Ads spend is consumed by the ad network and cannot be refunded by our agency.

Asset Retention Clause

As a massive sign of goodwill, even if a contract is dissolved under a refund request, you retain 100% ownership of all deployed sitemaps, conversion event tags, and optimized meta code snippets. I will not deactivate or delete your active containers.
