To ensure secure operations, prosun.me maintains strict data hygiene protocols regarding credentials, API tokens, and temporary access scopes shared during project execution.
1. Automatic Deletion
Once a project is completed and signed off, I automatically delete any temporary credentials, text passwords, server keys, or database access codes from my local systems. I only retain access via official Google sharing invites (GTM/GA4/GSC/Google Ads) until you revoke those permissions.
2. Manual Deletion Requests
You can request the immediate deletion of any audit files, data spreadsheets, or chat logs associated with your company at any time. Simply email prasoon@prosun.me with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
3. Revoking Access
For your security, I recommend that you remove my access from your Google Ads, Tag Manager, and Analytics accounts within 7 days of project handoff.
